Specializing in handtied extensions, Erica’s expertise in the Invisible Bead Extension (IBE) method has earned her a loyal following. But what truly sets her apart is her dedication to education—both for her clients and her team. She’s all about creating a fun, supportive environment where stylists can thrive, learn, and grow together.
